Each townhome is marked with its street address and unit number, and spotlights make the numbers easier to see at night. The best place to park is on the permeable gravel area in the spaces outlined by the small yellow markers.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property or within the community

• No pets

• No parties or events

• No candles or open flames

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• No commercial photography or videos

• No third-party bookings

• The renter must be at least 25 years old

• Names and identification for all guests age 18 and older are required before check-in

Smoking or vaping violations are subject to a $250 fee plus additional cleaning costs.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

• Take all trash to the outside dumpster in the back left corner

• Turn off the lights and lamps

• Return the thermostat to 72° during warm months or 65° during cold months
